Nominate a Charity

If you would like to nominate a charity to receive funds from The Phoenix International Charity, generated from Christmas card sales in 2011, please fill out our online form here. You will be asked to quote the name and ID number of the Independent Phoenix Trader with whom you are in contact. We only accept nominations on the basis of a charity having a direct involvment with one or more of our Phoenix Traders. Phoenix Traders may also use this form to nominate a charity.

Please note that we cannot accept nominations for charities directly supporting religion, animal welfare or overseas aid.

Deadline for receipt of nominations is 28^th February 2012.
